okay so im thirteeen years old and weigh 114 pounds.
i wanna go back to 97 pounds, cause i wanna be a flyer for my cheer team.
i can kinda base but its pretty new to me and i dont wanna drop the girl.
ive been a flyer for 5 years and now im a base, since i have no expierence i wanna be a flyer again but the hugee problem is my weight, can you help me please? and thanks.

Weight loss seems extreme to a 13 year old girl who wants to loose like 17 lbs. 17 lbs is reasonable for someone over weight and whos maybe an adult, but since your only 13 you may not even be fully grown. Have you had your period for two years? Because I guess after two years your grown. I don't advise dieting so just try eating healthy and exercising daily. To burn more calories.. thus loosing weight.. you have do to cardio (running,biking riding) and then build muscles to be able to have a faster metabolism. Here's my favorite site to find out what to eat.. this woman is a dietitian so if you check out what she eats you can get a good idea of staying healthy-

I do strongly suggest to check those out. IMPORTANT.. check your BMI to see if you even really need to loose weight..
