okay so im thirteeen years old and weigh 114 pounds.
i wanna go back to 97 pounds, cause i wanna be a flyer for my cheer team.
i can kinda base but its pretty new to me and i dont wanna drop the girl.
ive been a flyer for 5 years and now im a base, since i have no expierence i wanna be a flyer again but the hugee problem is my weight, can you help me please? and thanks.

Have you had your period for two years? Because I guess after two years your grown. I don't advise dieting so just try eating healthy and exercising daily. To burn more calories.. thus loosing weight.. you have do to cardio (running,biking riding) and then build muscles to be able to have a faster metabolism.
