Crest White Strips
Okay so I just started using the Crest White strips Supreme. I have so much spit in my mouth when I use them, and when I try to spit it out the bottom strip usually goes with it. Is it bad to swallow or will it be harmful? and should i brush my teeth before or afterwards using the strips? And do they really work?

Brush your teeth after the use of the whitestrips.
Also, it can be harmful to swallow-so when you go to spit;make sure you hold in the white strip so it does not come off.

Hold the strip in if you have to spit, and yeah it probably isn't a good idea to swallow it, and don't brush your teeth before using them, but brush your teeth 5-10 minutes after using them.
I had braces for 5 years, and when i got them off my teeth weren't as white as i wanted them to be but these strips made a huge difference, so I think they work.
