I need some recipes that would be easy for a man to make. Something that doesn't have alot of ingredients or long directions with cooking lingo. This guy has 2 kids that he has full custody of and all he can cook is hamburgers and spaghetti. The kids have been eating that for a year. Please help me I can't think of anything really good the kids will like and something easy for him to make.
1- Cook hot dogs and macaroni and cheese. Slice the dogs and add to the mac.
2- Even though it is for dinner, breakfast is a great solution. You can have scrambled eggs, toast and bacon.
3- This may sound strange, but he can make Ramen noodles and put cooked chicken in it.
4- Tacos are cheap, easy, and kid friendly.
5- There is always the option of T.V. dinners, pot pies, and frozen pizza.
6- A great standby would be to have hamburger, chicken, or tuna helper.
7- Grilled cheese and soups are easy and affordable.
8- Sheperd's Pie is easy and tasty. (recipe below)
1. scramble hamburger meat

5. put potatoes on top
6. bake until potatoes are lightly toasted
9- Fettucini is easy to make. Noodles and premade sauce and you are good. You could add garlic bread as well.
10- Pigs in a blanket are fast, easy, and kids adore them.
11- He can scramble hamburger meat, add some cooked rice, and premade gravy together and it is really good.
12- They have premade ravioli now, that all you have to do is boil them in water, and add marinara sauce.
13- I make something called eggs in a basket. It is really easy. You cut out a circle in bread, butter the bread, put in a frying pan, add an egg to the hole, and cook both sides. It is good and kids think it is neat.
There are so many things that he can do. I have only named a few things that I try to do that make my kids happy, and mommy's feet less tired. I hope that he can utilize some of these recipes or suggestions to improve their dining experience. [ AngelofMercy's advice column | Ask AngelofMercy A Question ]
