okay honey just calm down...okay at first it will hurt very badly, but also you must stay calm and not be tense! :) i know it is difficult but the calmer you are the easier it will go in! ha ha and also when you do wear one, here is how you put it in: make sure that you do not push in the tampon itself (not the applicator) but the tampon until you can feel your fingers touch your vagina..Note you should have your fingers on the grip....it will hurt the first few times. But you will get used to it...
