Everyone in life faces decisions they have to make. If we make the wrong decisions, we have to learn from our mistakes and move on. This is how we grow and learn to be the best possible person we can be.

We all make mistakes. There is not one person on here that has made a decision that they wish they could take back. We just have to keep moving forward.

If you hurt someone, try talking to that person and let them know that you are truly sorry, and would like to make it up to them. Let them know that you understand if they can't forgive you yet, but try your best to explain to them what you can. Remember though, even if they forgive, people never forget, especially if they were hurt. Just try to the best you can and not hurt them again.

If it is something that you have done, but in no way shape or form can fix no matter what you did, then just learn from it, keep reminding yourself that we all make mistakes, and try to forgive yourself.

Everyone suffers from the "what if" syndrome. It's part of human nature. However, we can't let that get in the way of living in the here in now. You can't change the past, and you will never know the answer to the "what ifs", so it's best to just look to the future and keep your head up.

In time, it will get better and easier for you to forgive yourself. Remember this, if you can't forgive yourself, others won't be able to either. Keep your head up, and learn from your mistakes. Best Wishes.

well it would help if you were a little more specific about what the regret was exactly. the only advice i can give you is:

look through the windshield, not the rearview mirror.

basically, you cant change the past so dont dwell on it. everyone has their "what ifs". you cant change them. your chance is gone. maybe that same chance will come again. who knows. just be happy with your choice because at the time it was what you wanted :)
