You will usually find yourself with symptoms, although in some cases, whatever you may have (assuming you did have something) can lie dormant and you won't know you're infected.
A list of symptoms are here

but since you did oral, you may get symptoms inside your actual mouth and throat. So if you notice anything unusual or you get a sore throat etc, see a doc.

If you made the actual appointment and made your own way there, your parents obviously would never find out.
but since you're not paying the bill, I have no idea how that works out since I'm from England and don't have to pay to go to the doctors.
(If you have money and there's a way you can pay without them knowing, do that.. assuming you need to go to the doctors at all!)

If it did come to the point where you needed to see a doc, tell your mum a random reason why you want to go, but tell the doctor the real reason you're there. As far as I'm aware, they can't tell your parents and whatever you tell them is just between you 2.

Remember though, you're most probably worrying for absolutely nothing. If you're this scared now, either refrain from oral sex or have him wear a condom. :)
