Ok so I think im having little problem with depression, being self-conciouss, and confidense over all. I need to know how to deal with this and get better. Im already doing the whole writing in a journal and diary therapy. Please help!
CaliforniaLover1111 answered Wednesday February 27 2008, 9:06 pm: ive definitely had experience with this... sometimes it really helps to talk to someone that you can trust and that is just there to listen to you and help you get through it...it doesnt even have to be a friend or anything, just someone that you know you can trust... maybe a school counselor? you could even seek professional help as well...
ive just always found it easier to talk to one person about it and vent and i know they are there for me ya know...
journaling is a good idea too! you definitely cant keep your emotions all bottled up inside...that will just cause you to keep getting worse :(
maybe try to occupy your time with friends and family? i dont know if that is even option... i know when i felt depressed i didnt have the motivation to have a social life at all and i just kinda kept to myself...
