DearAbby92 answered Thursday February 28 2008, 5:04 pm: I'd start by straightening your hair. Then, pull the pieces of your bangs (if you have them) up or just comb your hair in front of your face and pull the part covering your mid forehead back as if you were going to put your hair in a pony tail. I'd make sure the section of hair is about 3 inches wide. Comb everything and make sure its neat, and then you basically "poof" that section of hair. While its laying flat, push it foreward with your fingers so it stands up an inch or so from your head. You can secure that with a clip or bobpy pins.
Seperate the pieces of hair that frame your face and pull the rest up into a high pony tail. Tie with elastic. Use a claw clip to push the pony tail upwards and hold it there to give the back of your hair volume. You can use a curling iron to flip the strands around your face under if you want too. Hope that helps!!! [ DearAbby92's advice column | Ask DearAbby92 A Question ]
MissCheerGirl0811 answered Wednesday February 27 2008, 2:40 pm: well i cant see your picture it to relate what ever it is. but i have the same hair cut your do but i have middle bangs bc i didnt want side bangs but it looks cute when straigthen the bangs and curl the rest of the hair. or like i use my chi every single day unless i curl my hair but your hair would look nice straithen as well to see the different layers and if you straigthen your hair you can take a small section and pin it back with bobby pins instead of a hair band it looks more neater.its like half of a half way pony tail.
