Be careful when using toothpaste or juice you squeeze from an orange. It'll work, but it will sting and leave a scar.
Try steaming your face over a boiling pot of water, then rub on ONE egg white (beaten in a bowl). Let the egg white dry (it should get hard), then wash it off in warm water.

I don't know about getting rid of them, but if you use Visene on them it takes away redness...

I've heard that if you use a little bit of spot-treatment with toothpaste at night, it will make the pimple dissapear very fast. My friend said it works :] Goodluck!
