Billabong Contest
I'm thinking of doing the Billabong contest, but I don't know what humanitarian concepts are.. a little help here please?

thats the website with the contest.. also is it for designing a surfboard with the tile? and when they say in the guidelines to put your name, title, and contact info.. like do they mean ON the tile? or in the email you send to them? thanks. :)

Humanitarian concepts would be those related to helping people and improving other people's lives. So, for example, charities would be "humanitarian".
If that is not clear, perhaps a dictionary definition would be useful here:

The guidelines say that "the file" must be labelled with your information. Since you will be sending an image of your artwork, it would probably go on the actual image file (maybe in the file name). It would make sense to include the information in the email too.
