Question Posted Wednesday February 20 2008, 10:43 pm
How can I get motivated to start getting in shape and eating right? I don't have a lot of time to work out outside of school, but I play lacrosse, and I have practice 2 hours everyday so that gives me a pretty good work out. But I still overeat, and I don't know what it'll take to finally make the decision to stop it. Nothing seems to get me going. Any ideas?

I also tooks foods class and that has helped me. With the workout issue I bought a couple of work outs on my ipod and now I love those things. I would recommend going to a nutrionist.
