Question Posted Wednesday February 20 2008, 5:53 pm
In french class i accidently asked the teacher (in french) if i could drink the toilet when i should have asked if i could go to the washroom and now im SO embarrassed! Everytime i think about it, i really wanan kill myself from the embarrassment. Is there anything i could do that will help me forget about it?
I took Italian and in plain english I sucked! ANd my teacher had this rule where if you had to ask her something it had to be in Italian. So when I had to go to the bathroom I raised my hand I said to her that I peed in my pants. I wa sembarrased at the beginning but I got over and so did everyone else. I laugh abot it today,.
P.S. that was 3 months ago I got over two weeks after it happend. So don't worry people make mistakes. Especially in foreign languages. So don't sweat it. Rel;ax take your mind off of it and just laugh about it. [ Crazibrunette052693's advice column | Ask Crazibrunette052693 A Question ]

I take french also and in french I ask the teacher (who is a girl like me) if she wanted to have sex with me haha. But I learned to laugh it off just like you will. Good luck, I hope I cheered you up a bit. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

You're not the only person in the world who makes mistakes! It could have been something worse!
It always helps to make fun of other people too! (Just kidding!)
I'm in German and my teacher was showing us different hand gestures. I asked her what it meant to hold out your fist with your thumb tucked inside and she was in complete shock! It means something so bad that she still won't explain to us!
Your teacher understands you are learning and if people tease you about it, just laugh it off. When they see it doesn't bother you, they'll stop bringing it up.
