I was talking to this guy online and he goes, "Lol, you're trying to ask me if you're on the menu, right?"


...What's that mean?

First of all...what did you ask or what did you say that made him say this because it could have a very different meaning in different contexts. But I think that it means he was joking and saying something like, "are you trying to ask me if I like you, right?" or "are you trying to ask me if I would go out with you, right?"
