Okay, like 2 weeks ago I was very popular. I was bffl with the most popular person. The only reason I was popular was because of her. We have been friends since kindergarton. But then, this rumor spread out around me. It was that I had been talking mad shit about my bffl. She found out and didnt believe me when I tried to tell her that it was just a rumor and that i never said that. but, she doesnt believe me. Ive tried everything. Now, she is turning basically the whole school against me. I have like 2 friends left. My old friends keep calling and leaving me messages saying that im ugly and i dont have a life. they making me miserable.
at night i just cry, but that didnt get the pain out so ive started snapping hair bands on my wrist.
i know its bad, but....
please help me!

If you're supposed "bbfl" won't believe you when you say you didn't talk about her- well then what does that tell you? It tells you this girl is just another stuck-up bitch who feeds off of rumors. She isn't even worth it- especially hurting yourself- even though snapping hair bands really isn't THAT bad- it could lead to worse things.
Don't let these stupid people ruin your life. Like Jessie said below- I think you should find some new friends, people who will always be there for you and will always listen to what you have to say. The easiest way to do this is to join a team or club. Honestly I've met some of the most amazing people just being in my school's plays. It's awesome =].
And those people who call you and tell you that you're ugly and you don't have a life.. wow. For one.. being ugly has nothing to do with talking behind someone's back- which you didn't do. I bet you anything that these girls are telling you that you're ugly because they're jealous. I know that sounds cliche- but I see it all the time. And I think it's them that need to "get a life" because if they have to waste time calling someone and telling them stupid awful things- they obviously have nothing better to do. Just ignore them.

and this WILL blow over.
it sounds like middle school drama.
and if you ARE in middle school then there is a chance it will blow over very quickly.
try making new friends. nicer friends.
there is always a chance for a fresh start and yours will come soon.
whether its the new semester, after summer, or going into highschool.
if you every want someone to talk to you can always email me at jessipaige1@gmail.com
life will get better and all of this will blow over. and six months from now you will look back and say "i am so dumb for trying to hurt myself and being sad all the time. i should have just looked at the positive side of things."
