Splits! You can just, be flexible. It takes stretching every single day. Seriously, when I don't stretch one day I feel so stiff it is discusting. Heres the stretches I like doing..

- cross your legs elbows to the ground
- butterflys
-pike position (legs in front of you) and reach towards your toes
- middle and both side splits
- v sits
- v sit and reach over your side and touch your left arm to right foot/right arm to left foot (you'll feel it in your side)
- strech your arms
- back bends

don't push it though, if you can go into middle splits don't force yourself, just go a little farther down each day. also, do streches and scoups infront of your mirror everyday to stretch and see improvements.hope this helped!
