you dont NEED anything, especially when your talking about a boyfriend. it takes time to fall in love with a special person. it just cant happen like that. ive spent plenty valentine's day alone, its not that bad.
for the flirting issue, be outgoing, dont be so shy, ad kep everything in your littls shell, bring everything out, and talk to the kids you like, bt dont make it WICKED obnoxious.

well, you dont always need a boyfriend. i mean, i understand deeply where you are coming from, but you need to understand that Valentine's Day isnt a good reason to have a boyfriend. having a boyfriend should be about falling in love with them, sharing a deep bond or friendship that no one else could possibly understand besides those who have gone through it, and just liking that person. but if you really want one, i do not know what kind of personality traits to look for. only you know the answer to that. but he should be someone who you can relate to (so you have a LITTLE understanding between each other), he is kind and patient, and sweet. guys like this i'll admit are very hard to come by. as for how to tell if a guy likes you is also hard to tell, because it depends on the personality, because not all men are the same as a lot of women have you believe. some guys will show you that they like you in different ways. some show you by being mean, and other times they will be more outspoken and basically tell you. like say youre beautiful, always smile when they hug you or talk to you. it highly depends on the guy, like i said. good ways to flirt are:
*wink at the person
*push him playfully and laugh at things he says
*Smile at him often
*lay your head on his shoulder
*always compliment him
and as for your stalker, tell him the truth
tell him that you dont want him stalking you anymore, and tell him to leave you alone. which in your opinion probably doesnt sound very nice. but what can you do? if youre too nice he may stick around
