okay so im 5'4" 140 lbs, i wanna tone up mainly my thighs and stomach but my arms too, i know i need to eat healthy and exercise which will have no problem cause softball season is starting, but how long do i have to cut down and diet to lose about 15 lbs? pleaseee help me , thanks

Cardiovascular exercises such as sit-ups can also do the trick of toning your muscles up. For lean muscle though, increase your protein like go buy a Special K protein shake which are available anywhere. For your diet just limit your calorie intake of 1,200 a day, and try increasing your fiber in your foods which helps your get fuller faster and fuller longer so you don't overindulge on foods. I can't really tell you how long to stay with this because losing weight always varies with everyone.
