I'm pretty sure that you can, because I'm looking at a website, and it says that you can get crabs under your armpits [warm, moist area], down 'yonder', and even in your eyelashes. I would say that yes, you could still get crabs, [but, most likely in the inner thigh region [between your outer part down there and the inner part of your thigh, if that made sense]].
