im really stressed out
just alot of stuff has been going on lately and its really eating at me, i can't shake it off.
valentines day and my birthday are coming up and i really want to be in a great mood for my boyfriend and friends but i feel horrible and moody. how can i help boost my mood and energy and get rid of this stress QUICK?

Maybe give some free advice about: Mental health? aidenisfire answered Tuesday February 12 2008, 3:43 pm: well it's difficult to de-stress in a very short amount of time. however, try doing some things you find fun and relaxing, like reading a book, painting a picture, or watching your favorite movie. try hanging out with your friends. let them know you're little stressed but want to hang out with them and have a good time. i'm sure they will understand. and, having fun with them might help you get rid of some stress. you could try some calming activities, like taking a bubble bath, getting a manicure or facial, or getting a massage. you could also try exercising. not only will this help you get (or stay) in shape, it also releases endorphins, which are chemicals in your brain that make you feel good. hope this helps. sally91 answered Tuesday February 12 2008, 3:03 am: hey i think you need some time for yourself to relax and forget about everything. you sound so stressed and it seems you havent had some time for yourself. you need some "you" time to just chill and relax... like take a walk by yourself, have a hot bath with bubbles candles, go some where that you like, just do some thing by yourself that makes you happy but not with anyone bcos you need time to yourself and just relax by doing this you should release all your stress.
