tampons.
i can not get one in for my life.
i got my period in feb. of last year.
and the summers coming and theres no way i wanna miss out on swimming and stuff. because i cant wear a tampon.
ive tried a million timeess. ughh.

hi, well i got my period about a year a ago and about 4 months ago i learned how to put a tampon in for the first time lol. IT TOOK ME AN HOUR!!!
what i did is i took some vasaline and rubbed in on the applicator (NOT THE TAMPON) and then i went to the mirror in my bathroom and i put one leg up on the sink/counter. i know this sounds kind of weird (LOCK THE DOOR HAHA) but i took my finger and i found the hole in my vagina that the tampon is inserted in and i used my finger to open it up. i hope this helps =)

As ridiculous as it sounds, use the directions they have on the sheet that comes in the tampon box. Also remember to relax about it. If you are having difficulty even after than I'd suggest getting tampons that have plastic applicators, like the playtex sports tampons.
It makes a huge difference to me between what kinda applicator i use
