Question Posted Friday February 8 2008, 8:55 pm

what is a bikini wax, and is there a waxing where they actually wax "down there?" that seems embarrasing and painful. and you would have to like split your legs open too right?

Yes, they don't wax off all of it, that would be a Brazillian Wax. It's supposed to be very painful (particularly Brazillians), but it's much longer lasting than regular shaving. Of course it'll seem embarassing, but the person who is doing it has [hopefully] had a lot of experience and really couldn't care less.

A bikini-wax is where they wax just the outer edges so no hair pops out in bathing suits and such. Yes, there are full vagina waxes, I have never had one but they would most likely be very painful and slightly embarassing.
