Returning a Used Vehicle

Hi I live in canada and bought a used car about 30 days ago. Since i purchased the car the back seats have been soaked. The dealer said that the window was left open and it would dry. Turns out the car has a leak and they have tried to fix it 3 times and have not suceeded. I now want my money back. Can i return the car for a full REFUND????? what site might help me find my answer. Please help with any information you may have.

wow that is so illegal its not even funny. the car company should have made you aware of that BEFORE you bought the car! and on top of that, they LIED to you about what happened! If you ask for a refund for all your money back, and they do not give it to you, go to a lawyer and sue their butts! Also, make sure that there is nothing else wrong with the car.
