my knee has been hurting for a week or two now. i dont remember doing anything that hurt it, but its my right knee just to the left of my knee cap. its usually fine just walking but shoots pain when i extend it or bend my leg up. anyone know what it could be or what i could do to help it? i cant really afford to see a doctor about it.

the puch is right beside your knee so when ever you move it pops to lubricate it. i have both problmes in both knees my shoulders my jaw and my elbows haha it sounds like im suppose to be in a hospital haha i did something to get me these problems 2 yrs of football and just being a kid and doing stupid shit btw im 14 and yeah it hurts but you tend to get use to it and just get a check up now and then. since ive had this no doctor check ups and yeah ive been fine it just hurts every now and then. dearkaleighh answered Friday February 8 2008, 7:45 pm: uhm, i'm not a doctor but i have had the same problem. and i went to a dfoctor about it and they referred me to PT. but, the physical therapist told me that the knee cap was twisted and out of alignment, i had to do physical therapy for a while and now it's not completely better, it still hurts alot. but, if it doesnt get taken care of then it will eventually tear the tendon on the side it is twisted towards and it will be permentaly like that. now, im not sure if thats whats wrong with yours but, if it hurts on the side on if and sometimes under it and it feels like it shoots down your shin, orrr ifthe top hurts, also if it feels like it hurts under the knee cap. but, if it does any of those things inbox me and i could give you some exercises that i had to do for mine.

You have pulled a muscle/tendon or just maybe slightly sprained it, however sometimes if you dont correct is asap it doesnt heal properly like mine, its not expensive to go to Tesco/Asda or a pharmacy and get a support bandage, helps alot.
