okay, because musical artists & other artists cab go on tour, thisll be pretty generic.
Basically, they travel around, hold exhibits or shows, and try to gain a fanbase. [or keep one]
Like when you tour europe, or some other place. You travel around, seeing the different cultures of places. These people are trying to integrate themselves into the cultures of the places they are traveling to.
ON tour means that they are in the process of the above.
say, you have a concert schedule.
one band is playing with another in your city tonight, but they played in new jersey yesterday, and will play in california tomoz.
