everymorning about 8am i alwaayysss hungrryy, so i didn't get up and eat but why i always feeling so hungry everymoring at 8am? because i don't eat enough? i eat alot last night, eatting good thing, i don't understand why I'm still hungry in moring, and have to get up 8am to eat ugh.
Although, it won't hurt you to eat and then lay down, but it does increase the chances to gain weight. You do burn calories asleep, but not enough for the food you eat right before going to bed.
Also, if you used to eat breakfast at 8 am around the same time for a while, your body has set up it's own routine in which they know when your body is hungry. I have learned that if your stomach growls, you are already past the hungry stage. I hope this helps. [ AngelofMercy's advice column | Ask AngelofMercy A Question ]

Your body just must want food at that time, it is completely normal.
In the morning, drink a big glass of water, it makes you not as hungry. [ ASAPcamille's advice column | Ask ASAPcamille A Question ]
