Getting Paid For Surveys

I've heard a lot about taking online surveys, and making money. Is this a scam? Has anyone tried this?

Mysurvey.com is a good site for getting paid for surveys. It is hardly anything. You get points that you can exchange for prizes or money.
Another good one for prizes is Harrispoll - [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
I've gotten some pretty good stuff from them.
I don't know of any others, but those two are not scams.
