Where can I find brightly colored skinny jeans (like what Mika wears alot) for a reasonable price (maybe under $40) and have a 34" inseam? Please don't tell me about the ones they have at Kohls, I've already tried those on and they are soooo short.

My sister got really bright skinny jeans, like red, yellow, green, blue, and purple that were about 18 dollars.
