When I turn my computer on it goes directly into my account.. instead of the login screen. My mother has an account and guest account is on. Mom is limited.
Anyway, how do I make it open up to the login screen as opposed to my account?
ChevyIINova answered Sunday February 3 2008, 10:23 pm: The quickest way is to put a password on the account. Login to your account, go to "start" then at the very top next to your name is your icon. Click your icon.
That will take you to "user accounts" Click the "Home" icon located at the top left. Under "or pick an account to change" click your name, then go to "create a password" Make sure you remember what you write in there. Ok everything out, restart and you'll see it when you next login.
You could also go back to "user accounts" and under "Pick a task" go to "change the way users log on or off" then un-check any boxes there. You'll have to type your username in every time.

Obviously you didn't read the rest of my post. In my feedback you state, "I already have one." Have one what? If you had read the rest of the answer your problem would be fixed. [ ChevyIINova's advice column | Ask ChevyIINova A Question ]
