If you are seeing a doctor about a UTI, kidney, or bladder infection, you may want to bring this up because it could be the reasoning for the blood in the urine.
I will say though, when this happens, you don't actually see the blood, it's detected by a strip they use to test it.
If you are talking about a urine test for drugs, it will not affect anything.
