okay, so i play volleyball, but i dont know if that has to do with anything. So at random times, my shouders feel on fire, like the top of my shoulders (where the shoulders are flat and even out at the bottom of your neck) i dont understand what causes it, and i dont know how to get rid of it. it feels as though nothing can get rid of it and i am uncomfortable for a long time...even when i lay down. help? ill take anything
masterclinic answered Saturday February 2 2008, 1:19 pm: Thats normal your just working out our shoulders alot harder then you use to. Im taking it that your practicing alot harder or longer then you normally do. Im not so familiar with the sport of volleyball but it looks like you do work out your shoulders while playing.
