Idk if you should cheer at the game, though. If you feel like a tight cramp in that area, you probably pulled a muscle. I would say just relax for the day and eat lots of pottasium. (like bananas) If you're feeling up to it and you want to try a workout, go ahead. I have a great one listed below.
A great workout to really work on your toe touches, toning up the upper part of your legs, and your butt is okay: You sit against a wall, with your back against it, and put one hand behind your butt flat on the ground and the other one like near the crotch area flat on the ground also, palms facing down. Then lift your right leg first, about two inches off the ground, and make ten small circles with your leg, toes pointed. Next, try the left leg, same thing. Once you get really good (believe me, its tricky at first) try them both at once. After doing these once a day, you'll see amazing results.
