what's the name of thsi dress?

What's the name of this dress? It's the blue one in this music video. The first thing that pops into my head when I see it is "baby doll" but i doubt that's the name. I really want to find one and wear it to a party. Thanks!

I don't think I was descriptive since i realized that there's TWO blue dresses. I meant the light blue one hear the pool and at one shot she wears a red hat with it.

=/ maybe it is a tube dress but it has sleeves..

I think that is the dress your talking about. That is a tube dress, people wear them as bathing suit coverups in the summer.
