I am in shape, I guess. I am 5 foot 4 and weigh between 110 and 116, but I'm not muscular at all. I am the pear shape. I am VERY skinny on top and got a small rack (which I love). ;) My lower stomach, butt and thighs are a lot fuller.
I do a few exercises everyday (bicep curls, pushups, situps, squats, etc.), but how can I tone up the top inside area of my thighs, near the crotch I guess, and the lower part of my butt?
It seems that squats and such are for the thighs, but not that part of it. And these excercises for butt muscles never show any difference, and are very awkward to do. I want my booty all toned up with a clean shape, not pudgy.(?)
I'm fine with my more feminine hips but I definitely don't like excess fat around my butt and top of my thighs. ;)

Well, the BEST way that I've found to lose some extra fat and gain some extra muscle is just flat out running. I know it sounds rough, boring, etc. But boy are there quick results. You don't have to that much, though. You just have to do it at least 3 times a week and be consistent. This requires a lot of endurance. Just start with a couple blocks in your neighborhood and slowly work your way up to a mile. I particularly HATE running (lol) but i just plug in my iPod and go! If you absolutely positively can't STAND it, pick a sport that has running in it. I don't like running because i need something to do with my hands or just SOMETHING to make me more excited and less frustrated. I love basketball so much, and with your height, you could be a good point guard or something. Lacrosse, and swimming are great, too. Any further questions just post them again and I'll answer them as soon as i can. [ plumeria112's advice column | Ask plumeria112 A Question ]
