i want to get the iphone. My contract ends in september and i already have cingular. Its 400 dollars but then its 40 dollars a month for unlimited txting and stuff. is there any cheaper deals with unlimited ttxting?

All of the packages for the iphone are expensive, that and you need to buy a seperate package for just about everything...internet, navi, text etc. My advice is to find a different phone, Verizon is now offering their version of the iphone with a touch screen, and an unlimited text, pic, flix, internet, navi, and IM is only 20$ a month, and that is to any other cell phone, not just verizon.

I believe the only other extras you can have are Internet access and two-hundred text messages. [& I'm almost positive it goes for $20 a month.]
If you text, unlimited is definitely worth the extra twenty dollars- I have a friend who was charged over 400 extra because texting on them is very addictive.
