Yes there is. As soon as possible after sex, go pee. This helps flush out any bacteria that may be around and/or trying to enter the urinary tract. After that, make sure you clean up. If you can't take a shower soon after, then try to clean yourself up as well as you can. You can use baby wipes, a washcloth, or whatever you can find. Basically staying and being clean especially after sex is important. Drinking cranberry juice also helps a lot.

well i dont know too much about this but if you are using spermacide or however you spell that you could be allergic to it. That happened to my friend. if you are using some other special condom them idk maybe your allergic to that so try another condom and go see a doctor. and btw that random doctor idea is good! try that if you are afraid of being judged. hope i helped :]

I think you should see a doctor, or if you want it to be anonymous, google a nearby hospital, get a random woman doctor's bio, and get the email (I know this sounds stupid, but it will work.). Email the doctor, and see what she says. THat way, she will give you an unbiased opinion on what is the problem and how to solve it. Till then, you may want to obstain from sex until you find the reason.

Hope this helps
