Well i got a job interview at coles i1m not sure if they have that there in the US OR UK um it's like walmart and target and all just food though and i was wondering what do they ask and they said cause im in year 10 they'll need my report though i don't have my report but they said grades don't really matter and i'm just really nervous and ideas on what they'll ask or what i should wear ?
I'm 15/f

They will just want to know about your personality, ability to work with others, your availability, grades, and what you d for a hobby.

You should wear a nice casual outfit. (khakis and a collar shit or button up shirt.)

Well first impressions always matter just dress in something nice like black pants and a nice dressy top.... they may ask you things like What skills do you have that would make you right for the job. Why do you think we should hire you? where do you see yourself in 5 years stuff like that. Don't stress it they will be able to tell if you are nervous so just go in and be yourself. Be truthful and don't tell them something just because you think they wanna hear it. For example if they ask why do you think you are right for this job, and you tell them oh i'm great with people and i love working with them 9 times out of 10 they are going to think you are not being completely honest because probably everyone has given that answer because they think it is going to help them get the job which maybe it does but the employer ends up having a problem with most of them later down the line.
