Have you guys heard if you keep something plugged in but you're not using it, it still wastes electricity. Like if you have a phone charger plugged in, you're still wasting the electricity. IS IT TRUE?

Yes, it's true. Phone chargers usually have voltage transformers in them, and they draw electricity even when you're not using them. If you have one in a quiet place, you might be able to hear it making a buzzing sound.

Just switch off the power point when you're not using it if you can't be bothered to unplug your charger and put it away each time.

Yeah it wastes a little bit of energy and electricity. [I think we are all guilty of this] haha.
