exersice for a 300 pound man I weigh 300 pounds and i want to now how much to run a day to loose 50 pounds as quikly as possible.

At 300 lbs you need to start slowly. Start
out walking until you lose some of the weight,
its easier on your joints. If you start out
doing to much to soon its going to be to much
for you and you will end up giving up. That
won't help at all. Neither will a knee or
ankle injury.
Just walk as far as you think you are able.
Moving alone will burn calories. Gradually
walk longer and longer times as it gets
easier. It will!
You also need to eat healthier. Cut back on
snacks and high fat foods. Its never a bad
idea to get a check-up at your doctors before
starting any exercise program.

You should do about 30 min a day everyday – keep in mind that just running will not help you loose the weight. You got to change your diet and drink lots and lots of water. ]
