what does it mean when a girl "queefs" ?

Sometimes when you're having sex (particularly when the guy is on top or the girl's hips are raised up pretty high), air gets into the vagina. And well, what goes in must come out, making an unfortunately awkward "farty" noise.

I hate to say something like this because it is rather digusting to me but.. Well, from what I've been told, it's when a girl, I guess you could say, "farts" out of her vagina. I could be wrong, but I only know what I have been told.
