My exhusband used to nickname everyone he knew. This one girl, they were just friends, he called skid marquee. Now, I am not going into detail of why he named her this, but for now I will tell you one thing: boys nickname friends. Usually it doesn't mean anything other than they are comfortable with you enough to give you a nickname. I wouldn't take it as a crush thing.
