Slobbering.

Question Posted Monday January 21 2008, 11:04 pm

I'm a 15/f.

Just here recently, I've gotten to when I slobber/drool in my sleep. I've never really done that before. I use to do it everyone once in a while, but now, I'm noticing that everytime i wake up...my pillow is wet. =/

Anything I can do, that doesn't involve medication??

I heard that that happens to people because they have nightmares or their dreams are odd. But if you ask me I think its because you leave your mouth open when you're sleeping.

Unfortunately, a lot of people slobber when they're sleeping. It's just because when you're awake, you can swallow the extra saliva in your mouth. When you're sleeping, you don't realize that theres extra saliva, don't swallow, and it eventually just comes out. You can't do anything about it. Try drinking some water before you go to bed to keep your mouth from getting dry and producing more saliva.

-hope that helped!♥
