when i run on the treadmill, say i burn 300 calories.
since everyone says running gives you the quickest results, would i not get the same results if i go on the elliptical and burn 300 calories?
and what are other really effective ways to lost weight quickly.
i wanna weigh like 115 by july, and i'm 150 now.

Make sure you eat right, because if you dont you will be doing all this work for nothing. Excercise for 45 minutes every day, and try to run for 20 minutes at least 2x a week.
