Exercise and Eating Healthy I am 18/Female, and I have 6 weeks until my cruise. I was wondering what i should eat and what I should work on at the gym exactly. I want to lose some fat on my theighs, abs and hips. I am not overweight, i just need to tighten up those areas. any ideas?

At 18 it depends on how tall you are and how active you are. I would recommend doing interval training, running stairs and sprinting. Is for as what you should eat it depends on your current weight and what you wish to get to. Check out these articles...

You could also try:
running
swimming
pilates
To eat:
fruits and veggies
cut down on the junk
and drink lots of water
