hi katie. i was wondering if you knew a good site that you can enter the food you eat, and it shows you the amount of calories you intake. im really interested on mine. and i was also wondering.. so i eat really good most of the time. i dotn drink pop at all. and i dont have candy often.. but i was wondering is it okay if you just have like.. say a bowl of ice cream sometimes... how much can it effect you. thanks. youve helped me before

Of course enjoy yourself! Chocolate, penutbuttter.. my favorites. Sure, i miss them, but i let myself have them. You can have a bowl of ice cream if you want. It won't affect you just as long as you only have it in modernation. Like, i would say (this isnt professional info just my personal intake) that once a week is fine. I'm sure if you work out with really intense sports everyday then twice a week is fine too. But, you don't want to make it a habbit. Mostly, I aim for once a week or as little as possible. Make sure to try serving size too. I;m sure if you ate healthy and then had a HUGE bowl of icecream that it would affect you that much, but you dont want it to affect you at all, so stick to serving size, which is a 1/2 cup. So maybe 2 scoops or one big one? Add fruits to make it healthy too! =)
