welll if 10 is the easiest to hide it, and 1 is the hardest, i say a 3 1/2.

When you've just got it done, it will be quite hard to hide because people around will notice you're talking with a lisp and not really eating. After that, it's easy.

i'd say 10 becuase you have to talk and when you talk ... there it is unless you take it out around the folks.
