are you supposed to make the guy hard before you give him head?

Well I guess it would be easier. In my opinion, if he's hard before.. it doesn't last so long. If you start from no erection, you have to "work your way up" through half erection to a full one. Which can be time consuming lol.

Either way, he enjoys it. So if you don't mind, then go for it XD
