You can't tell for sure if she's having an orgasm. Usually toes are curled and her muscles spasm. Eyes may roll or she could moan. Sometimes it's not obvious to see so that's why it's easy to "fake" Most women don't get off just by penetration. You should try rubbing her clit or finding her g-spot. It will take some time. Also trying new positions will help and ask her what she likes.. like speed, thrusts .. at which angles.. Because at a certain angle you may be hitting her clit and giving her pleasure.
