cold hands
my hands are always cold. do you think putting lotion on them and rubbing them together will help create friction and warm them?

Most times it is caused by poor blood circulation.
i constantly find myself in that position, but also my feet. what helps if a warm bath. Rubing lotion can help but i find that as soon as it dries up my hands are fcold again. You shouldnt take it too seriously though, its not a medical problem.
