does anyone know ? preferable on photoshop 6.0 or olderr ? thanks so much !

You can even do that in Microsoft Word, yo.

Paste or insert your picture into that program.

The toolbox has icons and the half black, half white circle will control the contrast. To get what you wanted you also make the image black and white then alter the contrast.
