why do you lose weight faster the heavier you are? is it because when youre skinnier your body would want to keep onto that weight whereas heavier there is excess weight that can be shed and the body doesnt need?
You can see, then, that large people have to do less to lose weight. They can eat more than small people and exercise less. If they go on diets designed for small people, they will lose weight much faster; maybe even faster than it would be healthy. [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]

Once you don't have a lot of excess fat, and therefore less water weight, it becomes harder to take the weight off. [ missbananafontana's advice column | Ask missbananafontana A Question ]
